Here's everything you can do with your RoundRobin account.
Your profile
Your account includes basic information:
- Name — used for display and personalization.
- Email — used for login and notifications.
- Role — either "user" or "admin" (see below).
Your tester profile
If you take tests, you also have a tester profile that includes:
- Display name — shown to test creators.
- Profile image — optional avatar.
- Reputation score — reflects the quality and consistency of your feedback (starts at 3, grows with approved responses).
- Tests completed / approved / rejected — your testing history.
- Total credits earned — lifetime earnings.
- Specialty tags — areas of expertise (e.g., "SaaS," "e-commerce," "mobile UX").
- Bio — optional short bio.
- Verification status — whether you're a verified tester.
- Demographic info — optional fields like age range, gender, education, job title, and years of experience. These help match you with relevant tests.
You can update your tester profile from your tester dashboard.
Roles
Every account has a role:
User (default)
Standard accounts can:
- Create and manage their own tests.
- Take tests and earn credits.
- Buy credits.
- Manage their own profile and data.
Admin
Admin accounts have all user abilities, plus access to the admin dashboard for:
- Platform oversight and monitoring.
- Reviewing flagged responses.
- Manual credit adjustments.
- Managing promo codes.
- Monitoring tester reputation.
- Viewing contact submissions.
- Overseeing test health.
Roles are assigned by workspace admins. Regular users can't access the admin dashboard.
Logging in
You can log in two ways:
Email & password
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click log in.
- Go to the login page.
- Click "Continue with Google."
- Select your Google account.
Forgot your password?
- Go to the login page.
- Click "Forgot Password."
- Enter your email — you'll get a reset link (check spam if you don't see it).
- Click the link and set a new password.
If you don't see the reset email, note that for security reasons the system always shows "if an account exists, a reset email has been sent" — even if the email doesn't match an account. Make sure you typed your email correctly.
Notifications
Check the bell icon in the navbar for notifications. You'll be notified when:
- You receive a new response on your test.
- Your test is completed (all tester slots filled).
- Your feedback is approved by a creator.
- Your feedback is flagged as needing more detail.
- You earn credits.
- A response is flagged for review.
You can clear viewed notifications from the dropdown. The bell also shows a count of unread notifications.
Signing out
To sign out, click your profile dropdown in the navbar and select Sign Out. You'll be redirected to the home page.
Deleting your account
If you need to delete your account:
- Contact support via the Contact page.
- Include your account email and a request to delete.
Note that your test responses and created tests may need to be handled first — support will guide you through this.
Security tips
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Never share your login credentials.
- Don't include passwords or payment information in support emails.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
